Freely offered sitting group, in person, at our retreat centre here at Hinton Barn. No need to book a space, but please don't show up if you feel unwell because we can't socially distance very well. The group is an hour and we discuss a different theme each week and sit together. This is a great way to learn mindfulness and to deepen your existing practice. The theme and format are pretty much the same as on a Friday, just slightly shorter.
