Join our friendly and welcoming group for a taste of mindfulness

It doesn't matter if you have a lot or a little experience with mindfulness, we use fun and practical ideas to make sure that mindfulness works for you in your everyday life.

Our farm provides a natural setting to help you to relax and experiment with the different tools of mindfulness.  Bring an open mind, your journal, snacks, some clothes for all weathers and stout shoes - that's all you need.
