Together we'll explore different ways of relating to our life through the five elements of mindfulness and come to realise their unique gifts.
The workshop will be a 'midi' retreat length; not a mini nor a maxi (just like dress length, somewhere in between). Bring a packed lunch, water and warm clothes. Hot refreshments and snacks are provided.
If the weather is nice, we practice outside with plenty of layers to stay warm and dry. If the weather is grey and damp we practice in the cosy meditation room heated by the natural wood burner.
During a midi retreat we will have ample time to sit, and use mindful movement. We might experiment too with an hour of silence.
The cost for the day will be £25, but we never want anyone to be excluded on the basis of money. So if this is too much for you to afford, just let us know and we can adjust. The button below allows you to save a place for just £10.
